Marketing Specialist (Part Time)

We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, engagement and conversion across various platforms in the B2B environment. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maximising brand and business awareness to our target B2B customers across a range of sectors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of annual marketing budget. Plan and direct weekly operation of the marketing function to ensure maximum targeted reach. Perform weekly marketing activity including lead generation. Occasional attendance at trade shows and client events where necessary. Report weekly & monthly on account performance and general activity to the Leadership Team.

Executive quarterly activity plans to create focus for the team and adapt activity to support business needs.

Devise and execute sales & marketing promotional campaigns through digital & national media, evaluating & reporting on marketing campaigns ROI. Manage online marketing, PPC, SEO and brand website through content development and continually driving target customers direct to this sales channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to raise brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Manage and develop the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including online articles, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activity.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create marketing materials and tools that support sales efforts.
  • Engage in public relations efforts and media outreach to increase company awareness.
  • Plan and manage events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.
  • Brief designers and agencies on marketing collateral


  • Previous experience in a Marketing role, in a B2B focused sector
  • Sales and marketing focused, target and results driven.
  • Effective and proactive communicator and planner.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing and digital advertising.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative and resourceful thinker
  • Experience with content creation, PR, and event management.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


  • Proven experience in marketing, particularly within B2B sectors.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and team orientated


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential

Part Time Hybrid, schedule can be agreed but some time would be required on site at our office in Plato Business Park, Damastown Industrial Park, Dublin 15. Attendance at trade shows when required.
